EVERY EATER METHOD | 12 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM

Every eater finds their way.

A guided 12-week journey to understand your toddler, build confidence, and make mealtimes feel easier.

Backed by a pediatric dietitian and feeding therapist.
Often covered by extended health benefits.

Somewhere along the way, you stopped following a plan and started just getting through dinner.

None of it means you’re doing something wrong. It means you’re navigating without a map, and every family finds their own workarounds. They just don’t hold up for long.

You don't need another hack. You need a map, and someone who's walked it before.

WELCOME TO THE EVERY EATER METHOD

This isn't a quick fix. It’s a proven framework.

Most feeding advice solves one problem today and leaves you searching again next month. The Every Eater Method teaches the terrain instead, how children learn to eat, what’s developmentally normal, how pressure changes behavior at the table, so you can navigate whatever comes next, with a community to cheer you on.

The Every Eater Method is for parents who want to better understand their toddler’s eating and feel more confident navigating picky eating, food refusal, changing appetites, snacks, milk, and mealtimes. You don’t need to have a “picky eater” to join. If you want practical tools and a framework you can continue using as your child grows, this is for you. If you’re still unsure, let’s chat! Fill out an application and I’ll be in touch to help you figure out if this is the right step!

You’ll learn how to understand why your toddler is eating the way they are and what you can do to support them. We’ll cover topics you might have already heard about like responsive feeding, the Division of Responsibility, but cover all the nuances of toddler feeding like snacking, throwing, milk, mealtime structure, autonomy, temperament, meal planning, and how to troubleshoot the tricky moments that inevitably come up. Most importantly, I help you apply these concepts with your child.

The program is broken into four phases that build on each other: Understand → Build → Follow → Keep Exploring. We’ll start by understanding your child and the roots of picky eating, build your feeding foundation, learn how to follow your child’s lead, and finish by putting it all together so you feel confident navigating what comes next.

Yes. You won’t be left to work through the material on your own. You’ll have ongoing support throughout the 12 weeks, including group connection, check-ins, and a space to ask questions and troubleshoot what’s happening at your table.

There’s no falling behind. This isn’t a program you have to complete perfectly. The goal is to learn, practice, reflect, and come back to the tools when you need them. Your toddler isn’t going to follow the program perfectly either—and that’s kind of the point. The Every Eater Method is designed to give you tools you can return to again and again.

I typically recommend the program for parents of toddlers aged 0-36 months as the concepts best apply to this age group.

Yes! The Every Eater Method is a registered dietitian-led program, so the cost may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits under Registered Dietitian services. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking your specific benefits before enrolling. Many Canadian extended health plans include coverage for dietitian services.

No. The Every Eater Method is rooted in responsive, child-centred feeding. We don’t use pressure, rewards, forced bites, or strategies designed to make your child eat. Instead, you’ll learn how to understand your child’s eating, create supportive mealtimes, and build a positive relationship with food.

You’ll have one 60-minute session every week for 12 weeks. You’ll also have the option to participate in the group chat throughout the program and join optional weekly office hours when you want additional support or have questions you’d like to troubleshoot.

No! They’re completely optional. The weekly sessions give you the core Every Eater Method, while the group chat and office hours give you additional opportunities for connection, questions, and troubleshooting if you want them.
